What is MatchRN

MatchRN is a multi-center study that examines how patient safety, processes and structures of nursing care have changed since the introduction of Swiss Diagnosis-Related Groups in 2012. It also offers benchmarking to the participating hospitals and units. The results help hospitals to improve the working environment for nursing staff.
